One Hotel & Condominiums - South Beach
With nearly 2,000,000 square feet, 1,000+ condominium units, 300+ hotel rooms, and 100,000 square feet of retail. The Perry South Beach has a 24/7 load with a zero tolerance for down time. Good Air Inc. was chosen as the mechanical contractor for the high profile complete renovation of 268 condominiums and 344 hotels rooms at the One Hotel & Condominium South Beach.

Atton Brickell Hotel is a unique project as it is the first Hotel in the USA for a Hotel-Owner/Operator, Atton Hoteles, from Santiago, Chile. The development is located adjacent to the historical Simpson Park and consists of 287,000 square feet on about an acre of land.

Haddon Hall Hotel
Good Air was hired as a turnkey MEP contractor to install and commission a Daikin VRV heat pump system. Due to the historic designation of this equipment had to be designed to retrofit into existing conditions with minimum reconfiguring of the existing building. Due to the property’s all wood construction, Good Air used cutting edge weld less piping to avoid fire risk. An Intelligent Touch Manager building automation system was included to give the operator complete control of the entire HVAC system.

Good Air was hired as a turnkey MEP contractor to install and commission a Daikin VRV heat pump system. Good Air was hired by the owners for a turnkey MEP design build installation of variable refrigerant flow system to replace central water cooled heat pumps. The owners needed a solution that would allow the current 8 foot ceilings to be raised to 9 foot, simultaneous heating and cooling in different offices, and a fast track turnkey mechanical, electrical and plumbing installation. Good Air designed and implemented a water cooled heat recovery VRF system with a combination of ducted and ductless units to maximize efficiency as well as control costs.
